Parking
?â?ó?óÔÇÜ?¼?é?ó There is adequate space for parking outside the cottage, approximately 5 metres away from the main entrance.
?â?ó?óÔÇÜ?¼?é?ó Surface is level and even tarmac and lighting is provided.
. ?óÔé¼?ó The tarmac surfaces leads on to a wooden terrace/decking area at the front of the cottage. The approach is via steps or a ramp.
?óÔé¼?ó The ramp has a wooden surface; it is 1500mm wide and has a gradient of 1:14. There is a wooden handrail on either side.
?óÔé¼?ó The steps consist of a flight of 6 wooden steps which measure consistently at 175mm high, 1200mm wide and 200mm deep. Steps also have a handrail on either side and step nosings are highlighted in a contrasting colour.
