stayed in both the caravan and chalet - clean and confortable good facilities on site and easy access to surrounding area - would highly recommend

Just had a 4 night stay at this accomodation and it was awful. The chalet is advertised as two bedrooms with double bed and twin beds and double sofa bed in lounge but this is not what you get.The chalet was dirty, ill equipped, drains were blocked so it was smelly and rain poured in door so tiled floor was dangerous. The wet room was certainly that all right as drain in floor could not cope with flow of water from shower so water lay on floor all day so bathroom was a nightmare. You need to bring absolutely everything with you especially toilet rolls and cleaning equipment as there is absolutely nothing there for you when you arrive.Owners do not seem to be bothered that you might have travelled for some time to get there especially with a disabled person and the accomodation is locked and uncleaned when you arrive.

I stayed at this accomodation with a disabled friend last year and was very pleased with the facilities offered. The caravan was very clean and well equipped. I was advised by the owners of the items i would need to take with me before hand, I found the owners very helpful and friendly. and i would not hesite in booking this again. The site is well located and is only a short journey to Scarborough, Bridlington, Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay. Highly reccomended. Thanks !! :)
