On the top of a hill it has magnificent views over the surrounding valleys, fields and woods, It is a typical perigordian barn of 250m², part of an 18th century group of buildings recently and carefully restored by their owners who live in another completely separate part.

All around there are charming and beautiful small towns and villages : Beaumont, Moli?â?¿res, St Avit S?â?®nieur, Montferrand du Perigord and the Couze valley. ?é?áOf course you must not miss the magnificent medieval town of Sarlat the bastide towns of Montpazier and Villefranche de Perigord ( and in season its very important "march?â?® aux c?â?¿pes" - mushroom market.
The Dordogne valley is near at hand with the castles of Castelnaud, les Milandes and Beynac, and the beautiful cliffhanging villages of Beynac, Domme and Roque Gageac..
