Description
Ramp access from car parking area into hallway stairs to lower level, one wheelchair accessible bedroom and disabled bathroom on this main access floor. Alternative access to lower level from car port and one wheelchair accessible one accessible bedrooms with en suite wet rooms.. South facing terrace with solar heated swimming pool which has a stepped access, a hot tub but assistance for access is needed. Mature gardens with a paved orchard and tennis court. Pathways and 2 ramps around the villa for access.
We have 4 bedrooms available the Master and Oriental on the main living floor, the Oriental is fully wheelchair accessible with the disabled bathroom across the corridor.
Downstairs we have another 2 rooms, the family which can sleep 4 people in a double bed and 2 singles with a wheelchair accessible ensuite wet room. The Spanish room is accessible and suitable for non wheelchair disabilities as the width of the bathroom is too narrow for a wheelchair to turn.

Location
We are situated on the outskirts of Javea, in the Vals of Montgo, we have spectacular views of the valley and mountains in the distance. It is just a short drive (10Km) to Javea Arenal (the sandy beach) which is accessible for wheelchairs in the height of the season and there are accessible buggies to transfer onto to enable you to go in to the sea. The promenade is very wheelchair friendly as it is very wide and there are a multitude of restaurants that are all accessible. You could choose the port where you can sit with your drink watching the yachts and other boats come and go throughout the day.
Booking Information
We require a 20% non refundable deposit, full payment 2 days prior to arrival, registration is online with ID scanned on arrival and sent to the guardia (police)
Cancellations: Refunds of deposit or full amount are at our discretion. We are reasonable folks so if there are issues with health or Covid travel changes we would certainly anticipate either offering a refund or transferring your booking to a later date. NO SHOWS do not get a refund, communication is the key, let us know what is going on and we will try our best to help you.
