Level access from the drive directly in to the Villa.. Large south facing plot so ideal for catching the sun all day long but having the Naya for that all important shade. The gardens are accessible throughout and with the mature plants you have plenty of privacy whist swimming in the pool. Access to the pool is via roman steps and there is also a pool hoist with sling if required. The terrace offers up wonderful views of the surrounding area.

Location
The Villa is situated on an urbanisation 5 mins drive by car from the beach in Javea itself. The beach is accessible for wheelchairs in the height of the season and there are accessible buggies to transfer onto to enable to go in to the sea. The promenade at the beach is very wheelchair friendly as it is very wide and there are a multitude of restaurants that are all accessible. There is also the port shere you can sit with your drink watching the yachts and other boats come and go throughout the day.
