The open plan living room comprises of a comfortable lounge area with TV & DVD, a dining area & kitchen.  The well-equipped accessible kitchen includes a microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric oven, plus sink & electric hob with clear space underneath. Should you need a washing machine, condenser drier, iron & ironing board, these can all be found in the utility room.

There are two spacious bedrooms with a king size bed in one & twin single beds in the second, both having fitted wardrobes with low level hanging rails. All beds can be raised to accommodate the use of a hoist if required by guests. Gas central heating, bed linen & towels are included.

In the local area you will find fantastic award winning pubs and restaurants plus many accessible attractions such as WWT Martin Mere, Cedar Farm Galleries and Heskin Hall.
