This villa sits amongst olive trees on the outer limits of Pirgos, a little hamlet about 2 mins drive away from the quiet village of maleme. The property is situated on top of a hill, with gorgeous views of the sea.
You can find super markets and restaurans in village of maleme, close to the house. The beach, less than 5 minutes away by car, features a long, wide promenade so you can enjoy a stroll by the sea front.
The beautiful town of Chania with its picturesque old port is about 30 minutes away by car. There are two accessible beaches shortly before it as you drive from the villa, Aghii Apostoli and Nea Chora.
Chania airport is about 45 minutes away by car.

Excellent Villa
This is a very comfortable villa with a lot of thought taken into making it very accessible. It is owned by a lovely, helpful and accommodating local - Stefanos. It is near a small strip of good restaurants on the sea-front. I would recommend this villa!
