The villa is approached by stairs or a sloped drive (ideal for wheelchairs) and there are no steps up to the front door or into the house. Infact, the only steps anywhere are those up to the roof garden.. Large garden, much of it wheelchair accessible, with wonderful sea views. Carefully landscaped and with a private pool and swimming pool lift.

Coral Bay is a safe, wheelchair accessible beach with many water sport facilities available, and the nearby Coral Bay Village has a variety of excellent restaurants, bars and shops. The villa?óÔé¼Ôäós location offers the best of both worlds: the peace and beauty of the Mediterranean countryside yet with all the amenities of a tourist resort close by.
Peyia itself offers a good selection of traditional tavernas, shops and small bars, and borders the magnificent national park of the Akamas peninsula. Also nearby is the tiny, unspoilt fishing village of Agios Georgios.
There are two non-member 18-hole championship golf courses in Cyprus, both in the Paphos area - the Tsada Golf club, part of the historic Stavros tis Minthis monastery, and the Secret Valley Golf club, which in a spectacular valley setting.
